Existing Master Regional Franchise for the Otago and Southland Provinces. The original regional franchisor is selling this business, together with an additional operated franchise area, with intent to retire after in excess of 15 years of successful and profitable operation. Such was the success last year for example that demand out weighted resources to service customer demand and, in fact, the owner had to turn away in excess of 2,000 customers just in that year alone.
Historically, the need to try and service that customer demand has to some extent taken the Master Franchisor’s focus off continuing to build the number of franchisees in these provinces at the expense of capturing income streams from that customer demand but with the demand continuing to grow the business does need someone with that youthful enthusiasm and passion together with real business skills to reap the benefits from growing this Master Franchise operation and capitalising on the resultant income streams generated by franchisees.
Current owner works less than 40 hours per week, but business needs to be driven forward to satisfy (rather than have to turn away) literally each week potential repeat profitable customers. Would suit someone with good customer service and marketing skills who is not afraid to get their hands dirty getting things done. Someone with a vision!
